blues drummer. I am looking to get hooked up with a local blues band. I
am not looking for a full time job, I have one already. I am looking to
play some good blues a couple times a month. I have great equipment, and
can sing back up and harmonize. I am responsible. If I say I'll be
there, I will be there. I am not interested in starting a new project.
If you have all the other pieces in place and just need a drummer, I'm
your guy. Give me your song list and a couple weeks to learn them, and
I'll be ready to play out. Blues, blues rock, shuffle, double shuffle,
flat tire, funky, or 4/4 rocknroll, I can play it. I have no other
projects going so you will get my full attention. I play DW PDP drums,
Zildjian "A" cymbals. --- Bob - Email:
azblues@cox.net Not your typical wannabe harp player ... I have my chops
down. Play Chicago-style blues harp ... somewhere between Little Walter,
Magic Dick, and Charlie McCoy. Although of mature years, I prefer my blues
with a youthful look and attitude and a rock edge. Don't mind jamming to
establish a chemistry. Would prefer to practice one or two days a week to
get a set list together and a sound down, eventually playing out one or two
nights a month. I'm also a competent lead guitarist, currently playing
part-time in a three piece blues rock band, so I can add some guitar chops
when necessary. Contact rmaack@cox.net ------------------------------------------ Upcoming concerts Buddy Guy will perform an acoustic concert at 8 pm,
Wednesday, March 1 in the Ikeda Theater at Mesa Arts Center, 1 E. Main St.,
downtown Mesa. Tickets are $55/45/35. For more information, call
