This will be a post-holiday potluck event and will run from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Parents are encouraged to bring their children with them to this event as well as a side dish for the afternoon. The Society will be providing hot sandwiches for the event and our board looks forward to having a chance to meet and talk with everyone in the society. It would be helpful if you could RSVP to info@phoenixblues.org so that we can get a rough count of how many people to plan for brunch.

Not your typical wannabe harp player ... I have my chops down. Play Chicago-style blues harp ... somewhere between Little Walter, Magic Dick, and Charlie McCoy. Although of mature years, I prefer my blues with a youthful look and attitude and a rock edge. Don't mind jamming to establish a chemistry. Would prefer to practice one or two days a week to get a set list together and a sound down, eventually playing out one or two nights a month. I'm also a competent lead guitarist, currently playing part-time in a three piece blues rock band, so I can add some guitar chops when necessary. Contact rmaack@cox.net
